Your refund depends on the payment method you selected. If you had prepaid your order with PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account as soon as we receive the products back. If you had prepaid by credit card, upon arrival of the products to our store, your card debit will be canceled and the money will be credited to your account. However, if you have opted for a deposit or a bank deposit in both cases it is necessary for us to indicate your IBAN to your account where you will be credited with the money of the returned products within 5 business days.
The amount credited to your account will be all the amount you have paid for jewelry other than the initial shipping costs and shipping costs to our store. This means that you will be refunded the entire amount except the amount corresponding to shipping cost. You can return jewelry received within 15 days of the day you received it. No, you do not need to create a personal account to order at www.crystalthoughts.gr. Selecting “guest checkout” makes your purchases without creating an account. However, creating your own account gives you the ability to store personal details and shipping addresses so you don’t have to write them down on every order.
